The subtle body
Chakras & energy centres
Seven centres. Seven transmissions.
Chakras are centres within yogic descriptions of the subtle body. This section introduces the familiar seven-centre map, from root to crown, alongside the chakra transmissions of I Am Frequency. Different traditions describe different numbers, locations and symbols; this is one map within a wider body of teachings.
The locations below are reference points in that spiritual map, rather than physical organs. Traditional associations and artistic reflections are presented together, with room for their differences.
