Energy Body

You are moving through more than flesh and bone. There are currents beneath the surface, pathways within pathways, an entire energetic architecture woven through you. Nadis carrying what cannot be seen. Ida and Pingala winding around Sushumna. Chakras opening like gateways. An auric field extending beyond the boundary of skin. And within it all, Kundalini — moving through a system that has always been there, whether you were aware of it or not. The energy body was never something you needed to create.
